Our road, TROUT CREEK LANE, is on the right just north of Hill Top circle on HWY 197. Sometimes GPS takes you a little further north to the next road, Goldmine Landing, so just keep a look out. Our home is at the bottom of Trout Creek Lane. Trout Creek Lane starts as a gravel road and turns to concrete, sharp turn to the left, all the way at the bottom...Look for 109 on the porch. It is approximately 1.3 miles north of Moccasin Creek State Park on hwy 197. (If you have a problem, you can do a google search for Moccasin Creek State Park, Clarkesville ga)
Occupancy
PLEASE, NO More than 10 overnight guests or 15 on property and NO PETS. Ring door bells are located on front and back door and anyone exceeding these numbers or with pets will automatically loose their $500 deposit and be asked to have additional people or pets leave immediately. Also, there must be an adult at least 25 years old with guests at all times.
Swimming & Boat Dock
We are in a shallow area of the lake with fluctuating lake levels. Beware of shallow areas that may potentially damage you or your boat. We accept no responsibility for any personal or boat damage of any kind. Do not jump off dock or serious injury will occur. Water is too shallow.
